4.Posted pay at or above market median (we supply the comparable data)

How this works in practice

We agree on everything above before anything launches, and it goes in the agreement itself, not the fine print.

Hold up your end and the guarantee is absolute: if we don't deliver, you don't pay.

If one of the conditions slips on your side, the guarantee pauses and we tell you right away so you can fix it. No gotcha clauses, no quiet voiding.
