Guarantee Terms

What this page is
Every Qualified Hires offer is backed by a written guarantee, and every guarantee comes with conditions that make it enforceable in both directions. This page is the current version of those terms. When our ads, emails, proposals, or team reference our guarantee, they are referencing this page.
We may update these terms at any time at our discretion. Changes apply going forward only: the version in effect on the date of your signed agreement is the version that governs your engagement.
Done-For-You Funnel Build
3 qualified candidates in 30 days or you don't pay.
The conditions:
1.Job ad posted on Craigslist
2.Ad posted into 3 local/trade Facebook groups
3.$5/day Indeed sponsored budget for the 30 days
4.Posted pay at or above market median (we supply the comparable data)
Pay Per Hire
If the technician we place doesn't perform, you don't pay.
The conditions:
1.You commit real phone time to the shortlisted candidates during the placement window
2.The guarantee terms are set in writing together on the call before you pay anything
Poach 100
If you don't hire at least one of your first 100 applicants, you don't pay.
The conditions:
1.Posted pay at or above your market median (we supply the competitor pay data)
2.You move each candidate to their next step within 24 hours (interviews attended, decisions made)
3.The role stays open for the full period (pausing hiring pauses the clock)
4.Qualifications agreed in writing before launch. That is the bar all 100 are screened against, no moving the goalposts
General provisions
1. Conditions are agreed before launch. We review the conditions for your offer with you before anything goes live, and they are written into your agreement itself, not left in fine print.
2. An applicant means a real person: someone with a name and working contact information who applied to your job and completed our screening. Clicks, impressions, and scraped resumes do not count toward any applicant number we promise.
3. If a condition slips on your side, the guarantee pauses and we notify you right away so you can fix it. We do not quietly void guarantees.
4. Hold up your end and the guarantee is absolute: if we do not deliver what the guarantee promises, you do not pay.
