What You'll Do

Here's what a typical day looks like:

  • ✓Execute residential cleaning procedures including vacuuming, dusting, bathroom sanitization, and floor care using proper techniques and equipment
  • ✓Follow customized cleaning checklists for each client property to ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction
  • ✓Manage your assigned schedule and communicate with dispatch about job completion times and any property access issues
  • ✓Build rapport with clients through friendly service and attention to their specific preferences and requests
  • ✓Maintain cleaning supplies, report equipment needs, and ensure your van or assigned space stays organized between jobs
  • ✓Handle cash tips and complete basic job documentation or digital check-ins as requested

Requirements

  • •Reliable transportation to job sites across Bellingham
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • •Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends
  • •Physical capability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
