## What You'll Do - Lead a cleaning team of 2-4 people to efficiently clean residential homes according to Cascade Home Cleaning standards and client preferences - Perform deep cleaning tasks including scrubbing bathrooms, kitchen cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces - Conduct quality checks before leaving each home to ensure all cleaning checklists are completed to our high standards - Communicate professionally with clients on-site, address any special requests, and gather feedback - Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, product usage, and company protocols - Manage cleaning supplies inventory and ensure the team has necessary equipment for each job

## Who You Are - Experienced in residential or commercial cleaning with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience - A natural leader who can motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a positive work environment - Detail-oriented and take pride in delivering consistently excellent results - Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and working actively for full shifts - Reliable with your own transportation, valid driver's license, and punctual attendance record
