## What You'll Do - Lead cleaning services in residential homes, ensuring all rooms meet our high standards for cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail - Mentor and train junior cleaners on proper cleaning techniques, product usage, and customer service excellence - Perform deep cleaning tasks including kitchen and bathroom sanitization, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and window cleaning - Conduct quality control checks on completed work and provide constructive feedback to team members - Communicate professionally with clients, address special requests, and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain cleaning equipment and inventory supplies, reporting needs to management

## Who You Are - Experienced professional with 2+ years in residential or commercial cleaning, with a proven track record of quality work - Detail-oriented and take genuine pride in transforming spaces and exceeding client expectations - Reliable self-starter who can work independently or lead a small team with minimal supervision - Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions - Trustworthy individual with strong integrity, as you'll be working in clients' homes with their personal belongings
