## What You'll Do - Oversee daily operations of cleaning teams, including scheduling, route planning, and quality assurance inspections - Train new cleaning technicians on company standards, procedures, and best practices for efficient, high-quality cleaning - Conduct home walkthroughs and quality checks to ensure all work meets Cascade Home Cleaning's excellence standards - Serve as the primary point of contact for team members in the field, troubleshooting challenges and providing real-time support - Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring teams have necessary products and equipment for each job - Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally

## Who You Are - Experienced in cleaning, hospitality, or operations management with a strong understanding of residential cleaning standards - An excellent communicator who can motivate teams, coach individuals, and build positive relationships with clients - Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and schedules simultaneously - Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Reliable, trustworthy, and able to pass a background check with valid driver's license and clean driving record
