## What You'll Do - Clean residential homes according to our quality standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all rooms - Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, and appliances are spotless - Follow detailed checklists and customized client preferences for each home - Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products - Communicate professionally with clients and respond to special requests with a positive attitude - Travel between client homes in the Bellingham area as part of your daily schedule

## Who You Are - Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality results - Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions - Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
