## What You'll Do - Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings - Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups - Install new equipment and replacement units - Communicate clearly with customers about what's wrong and what it'll take to fix it - Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready to roll - Complete paperwork and digital reports accurately and on time - Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity on every call
