Our Culture
Standard HVAC has served Napa Valley since 2007, adapting commercial techniques to residential work. We install air conditioning and heating systems, build custom ducting in our own sheet metal shop, and take on commercial and residential projects including custom homes and new construction. We are a 13 person team, and we are building a bench of technicians with a real path to grow.

Why I Started Standard HVAC
I run a 13 person shop in Napa and I am restructuring how our service division grows. I am not looking to plug in one high priced manager. I am looking for technicians who want to learn, take on more, and grow into bigger roles.
