We're building a crew that understands this isn't just about cleaning windows or gutters, it's about showing up as professionals who actually care about doing things right the first time. - We do the job right or we don't leave the site - Every customer matters, whether it's a $100 job or a $1,000 job - We support each other and fix problems together What You'll Do - Clean residential and commercial windows inside and out - Pressure wash driveways, walkways, and building exteriors - Clean and maintain gutters and downspouts - Set up ladders and equipment safely at each job site - Communicate with customers professionally about the work being done - Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles - Help train newer technicians as you gain experience
