What You'll Do

Here's what a typical day looks like:

  • ✓Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming walls and trim to ensure flawless finish quality
  • ✓Apply interior and exterior paint using brushes, rollers, and spraying equipment with precision and efficiency
  • ✓Inspect completed work against project specifications and address any touch-ups before final sign-off
  • ✓Collaborate with crew members to schedule tasks, move equipment, and maintain job site organization
  • ✓Troubleshoot paint application issues and adjust techniques based on surface type and environmental conditions
  • ✓Document work progress and material usage to support project invoicing and quality tracking

Requirements
