WHAT YOU'LL DO - Perform CDL-compliant pre-trip inspections and trailer loading/securement - Back and maneuver trailers with precision in tight residential and rural settings - Operate excavators, skid steers, mulching attachments, and related equipment - Execute controlled mulching operations with attention to site and property protection - Inspect and maintain equipment at the end of the day for the next shift - Communicate professionally with clients and crew on-site - Uphold cleanup standards.
