About You

You've supervised a small team in cleaning, janitorial, or facilities maintenance and you actually enjoy the work, not just managing it. You're detail-oriented, reliable, and know how to motivate people while keeping schedules tight and quality high. This role is perfect if you want to earn more through performance bonuses while staying involved in day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

Here's what a typical day looks like:

  • ✓Oversee daily cleaning operations across assigned accounts and manage a team of 4-8 cleaners
  • ✓Conduct quality inspections on completed work and address client concerns or special requests
  • ✓Schedule team members, track hours, and ensure all staff are trained on client-specific protocols
  • ✓Communicate directly with clients regarding service delivery and handle account troubleshooting
  • ✓Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting needs to management
  • ✓Lead by example, jumping in to help the team during peak service times or staffing gaps

Requirements

  • •2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facilities management
  • •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • •Ability to pass a background check
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills
  • •Comfortable working flexible hours including early mornings or evenings
