An experienced service plumber who likes running residential service calls and is motivated to produce. You are comfortable talking with customers, you can spot the right fix on a diagnostic and recommend it honestly without high-pressure tactics, and you are currently working in the trade. What You'll Do

Here's what a typical day looks like:

  • ✓Run residential service calls across Plymouth, Wayzata, Minnetonka and the west metro
  • ✓Diagnose and repair plumbing issues: leaks, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and water quality equipment
  • ✓Recommend the right fix honestly, without high-pressure sales tactics
  • ✓Spot opportunities on service calls and present them to the customer
  • ✓Coordinate with the office and dispatch through the day
  • ✓Do the job right the first time, every time

Requirements

  • •Hands-on residential service plumbing experience
  • •Currently employed as a plumber at a plumbing company
  • •Comfortable talking with customers and recommending the right fix
  • •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • •Comfortable with a criminal background check and drug free workplace
  • •Authorized to work in the United States
