About You

You've got real seat time operating forestry mulchers, skid steers, and excavators, and you can move them between job sites without breaking a sweat. You live for honest outdoor work, take pride in clean finishes, and have the integrity to put safety and quality first every single time. This role is for equipment operators, not saw guys - you live in the cab.

What You'll Do

Here's what a typical day looks like:

  • ✓Operate forestry mulchers, skid steers, excavators, and loaders to clear cedar and brush across Travis County job sites
  • ✓Mobilize and transport heavy equipment between locations safely and legally, managing truck and trailer hauling
  • ✓Execute cedar clearing, brush removal, site prep, and grading work with attention to detail and clean finishes
  • ✓Perform field maintenance and repairs on equipment, conducting pre-job inspections to keep machines job-ready
  • ✓Coordinate with crew leads to prioritize work, manage timelines, and step up when the team needs extra hustle

Requirements

  • •Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • •CDL Class A or Class B (automatic-only restriction acceptable)
  • •Proven experience operating heavy equipment (forestry mulchers, skid steers, excavators, loaders)
  • •Demonstrated experience with equipment mobilization and hauling
  • •Ability to pass drug screening and background check
  • •U.S. work authorization
