## What You'll Do - Lead deep cleaning projects in residential homes, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction - Train and mentor junior technicians on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards - Conduct thorough walk-throughs with homeowners to assess cleaning needs and provide professional recommendations - Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, floor buffers, and specialized sanitizing tools - Manage inventory and supplies for your service vehicle, ensuring you're always prepared for any job - Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and attention to detail

## Who You Are - Experienced in residential cleaning or facility maintenance with at least 3-5 years in the field - Detail-oriented professional who takes pride in leaving every home spotless - Strong communicator who can interact professionally with customers and team members - Self-motivated leader who can work independently and mentor others - Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
