From the Owner

I started Form-Up because I got tired of seeing sitework done halfway. When you're bringing raw land to life, the grading, drainage, and foundation work have to be right or everything built on top falls apart. We've built this company around people who actually care about getting their hands dirty and doing precision work. Our Service Technicians aren't just out there moving dirt. They're solving problems on the fly, reading the land, and making sure every job leaves a property better than we found it. That kind of work attracts people who take pride in what they do, and that's who we want on the team.

Our Values

Dirt Done Right
We don't rush grading or skip steps on drainage just to clock out early.
Show Up Ready
Equipment maintenance, safety checks, and knowing the day's plan before the sun comes up matter.
Real Talk with Clients
We tell homeowners and contractors what a job actually needs, not what sells the biggest invoice.

What Our Team Says

I came in thinking I knew grading. Turns out there's a lot I didn't. The crew here actually teaches you, doesn't just tell you to figure it out. After four years I'm operating the excavator solo and bidding smaller jobs. That growth matters.

What surprised me was how much the boss actually listens when you catch a problem before it becomes a bigger problem. I flagged some drainage issues on a residential job and instead of ignoring it, we stopped and fixed it right. That's the difference between doing work and doing it well.

The equipment here is maintained, not limping along. We've got newer machinery than crews twice our size, and it shows in our output and our safety record. Plus the pay is honest for the work we do.
