You'll be diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems in Chicago homes and small commercial spaces—everything from emergency furnace calls at 6am to planned maintenance visits. A typical day means showing up professional and on-time, listening to what the customer actually needs, and explaining the work in plain English so they understand what's happening. Success looks like finishing jobs right the first time, building relationships with customers who ask for you by name, and going home knowing you kept someone's family warm in winter or cool in summer.
